What can I substitute for Clam juice (broth)? I have anchovies and fish sauce in my pantry.

If you had any shrimp shells or leftover bones/heads etc. you could make a fish broth...if not, the fish sauce is ok just watch the salt in the rest of the recipe. Depending on the recipe, you could maybe even use vegetable bouillon/broth Good luck!

Oops...meant DILUTED fish sauce, not the same amount as called for clam broth...
