Hi Sarah! Have you changed email address? or is it a problem with your password?

If you go to the bottom - Customer Support - there you will see 'forgot my password" also there are other FAQ - that might help.

I remember reading someone saying that you can’t have two AR memberships with the same Email address (I don’t know if that is true or not). If true, then you need to think about whether you registered ‘Starfish’ with your new Email address and planning to use the same in connection with your ‘Sarah’ membership. If in re-registering your ‘Sarah’ membership that same Email address is rejected, then you’ll have several options to consider to rectify the problem.

Hi Sarah! I have thought of you recently - you shared your chicken cacciatore with chorizo recipe with me quite a long time ago. It has become a favorite of ours. We just had it the other night and I was wondering what ever happened to you!

if you cannot get it figured out, add the wdding hand pic to this account and change your name to Sarah, we will all remember you. YOu could resave the personal recipes from the Sarah account? I still use your chicken rub, it is great in many recipes

Hi Mother Ann! I'm so happy to hear that you still enjoy that's been ages since I had it,will have to trot it out again. I've been thinking of all of you, as's why I popped in!

I wonder, RNG...I am thinking there must be a way to reclaim that account...I'm sure I can get some help from customer service. Thrilled that you like the rub! I need to start using my own recipes, lol!

Did you try to log out, and then enter your old ‘Sarah’ Email address along w/ its password to see if it would take you to the ‘Sarah’ membership. Once you're in, you can change your Email address w/o AR’s customer support. I guess it’s possible if you were signed up to receive AR Emails, and if they were rejected when you deactivated your old Email account, then perhaps that triggers your membership to be suspended. Otherwise, I’m not sure what would alert AR that you changed your Email address.

LOL, Sarah! I just this minute printed off a copy of your recipe. I keep your rub in my spice cabinet all the time! Love it! Using it on bone-in chicken for tomorrow night. Nice to *see* you again!

I was thinking about pork, RNG. I'm going to try this stuff next time I'm going to cook either pork, chicken or turkey!
