Hi again! Another question please. How does one go about thawing a rolled up pie crust?

I think you are supposed to put it in the fridge but it has been a while since I have done it.

I've always let mine come to room temp and then unroll it carefully. If it starts to break apart I'll put it in the fridge for 10 minutes and then it unrolls with no problems.

If I have the time, just on the counter for a little while. If I'm in a hurry I put it as close to the woodstove as possible. You could also put a glass of water in microwave for a couple of minutes, take it out, and just place crust pkg inside and close door for a while. Do not turn back on. The warmer temp will help.
