Hi. I have some boneless chicken breasts thawed, and need some ideas on what to do with them.

I'm making Chicken Divan with mine.This is mine: Chicken Divan 3 or 4 chicken breasts 2 teaspoons oil 1 cup water 1 package or 2 bunches of broccoli spears 1 can mushroom soup 1 ½ cup minute rice 1 tablespoon or to taste of parmesan cheese Cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown in oil, salt the chicken and add pepper, stirring occasionally. Mix in a large bowl the soup and water; then add broccoli. Stir into the cooked chicken and bring to a boil. Simmer until broccoli is tender crisp. Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve on bed of spinach and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. I usually serve with a salad or a bread item.

I recently made this but I didnt use the feta I just topped it with swiss cheese at the end. Then I topped it with marinated mushrooms that I sauteed. I served it all with buttered pasta. This is really good.

I should have said i didn't use feta,to salty,i used goat cheese.
