Do you think that I have to remove the seeds from the tomatoes in this recipe or can I just dice them up and call it a day!

Gazpacho Salad

Submitted by: Florence Jacoby
Here's a beautiful and tasty way to use garden vegetables. This fresh, colorful salad is great to make ahead and take to a potluck later, after the flavors have had a chance to blend. It's sure to be a success! -- Florence Jacoby, Granite Falls, Minnesota

I would remove the seeds. It is really easy. Just cut in half then take your finger and get them out then rince with some water.

I don't mind seeds when I make it; so I would dice and call it a day.

Thanks for you input =) I usually make a large batch for work and chopping and deseeding takes a while and I dont care for tomatoes so I was unsure about the seeds. Thanks again!

I'd chop and go. To me, that gelatinous stuff around the seeds is where a lot of the flavor is.

I never remove the seeds from tomatoes. They add much of the flavor. But then again, I never buy grocery store tomatoes and only use fresh when they are in season. : ) And I love tomatoes, so that would make a difference. I have made that salad, also. It's very good!
