If I frost some cupcakes with homemade buttercream frosting and then refridgerate them will they last til Saturday?

I would make the cupcakes, freeze them, frost them the day of. But yum!

They will be fine as long as you completely cover the top of the cake with frosting. This will seal in the moisture and keep them from drying out. Refrigerating cakes speeds up the process of going stale faster. A day or two would be fine. They would be fresher if you freeze them and frost them the day of but honestly I don't think anyone will know the difference. If you are using a piping bag and tip start at the edge of the paper liner and work your way to the center. This way you will cover the entire top of the cupcake.
