I am about to find a new food site to search on...There is just to much clutter on this page anymore! Ugh... Why do they not learn that less is more.... ok...done venting...What is on your Super Bowl Menu?

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Start with a box of chocolate cake mix and add a few ingredients like sour cream and chocolate chips to make a moist, intensely-flavored chocolate cake that will win you First Prize from your friends and family.

I agree there's a lot of stuff on AR...or are you just talking about The Buzz page? Usually I just use my tunnel vision and focus in and don't even see all the extra stuff. But sometimes I'll start checking out some of the other areas and links and am surprised at all the info here. And I know they have to have ads and sponsors. Some of us (me) don't pay for using the site. Money has to come from someplace. But maybe this isn't what you're talking about at all?

By the way, I have a good friend in FtW and am there often. We have a little lake house at Ball Lake (Hamiliton). In fact I spent a few days at Parkview Hospital in December! Nice place, but don't want to return.

I have my security set kind of high on my computer and don't seem to see them as much as others are mentioning. It especially helps for the annoying pop up advertisements, that used to be a bit much on Yahoo especially.

I'm not seeing those pop ups any more on AR.

Hi, IP hope everything is going well with you! I too have to make some Super Bowl foods. I know what you mean healthy stuff not so easy. ;-) It's like a big party day.

I'm thinking there's going to be a lot of leftovers, unless we get invaded by a bunch of ravenous teens!

Lol, here too! Seems like a lot of food. Luckily, it's all quick to throw together stuff, nachos, mini sandwiches, dips, etc.

I am just talking about the page in general, they never used to have all the stuff on the page.

I know what you mean, Cheesecakemama. I am a "Pro" now because I am a brand ambassador but I opened the site on another computer without logging in yesterday and it was an unpleasant flashback. About 1/4 of the page on each side is ads. But as Peggy said, money to run the site has to come from somewhere so, like TV, the ads have to be here too. sigh

Good for You Greek Salad

A light salad with a big taste. Olives, tomatoes, red onion, and cucumbers are dressed with olive oil and a splash of lemon juice and finished with crumbled feta cheese.

Five simple ingredients in your slow cooker make this creamy, cheesy, zesty hot dip that tastes just like Buffalo chicken wings.

I had planned this, but am trying other stuff now. Btw ~ We love this dip. Best with tortilla chips. Don't be weirded out by the canned chicken. It works.

Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

If you know someone from Buffalo, they know someone who told them the secret ingredients to the Anchor Bar's famous Buffalo chicken wings. I know people from Buffalo. This is my version, as described to me many years ago, over almost as many beers.

This is our favorite buffalo chicken wing sauce. The sauce is enough for 4 to 5 lbs. of chicken wings. Chef John has some great tips. One of Chef John's suggestions if you like dryer wings is: First, pour on the hot sauce. Then, place back on the pan. Last, put back in the oven for about 10 min, Make sure the oven is turned off to dry out. If you want to watch a video on the recipe here is the link.

This is a baked sandwich using frozen bread dough, meat, and cheese. My picky eaters love this for an easy weeknight meal and it's great served with a soup. My family fights over the leftovers!

This is a great recipe when watching a football game. You can add sausage, pepperoni, salami, ham etc. I made my own bread, but the recipe calls for a frozen loaf of bread dough.

Last recipe, I swear! This is our favorite pizza dough. This recipe also has a how to video. The video is worth watching if you have some time. You can bake on a pizza stone which is one of my favorite ways to bake pizza. I baked mini pizzas in my Redi Set Go Express Cooker. I cut them in 1/4's and served them for our Broncos Vs. Ravens game. If you would like to see my whole menu go to the blog I wrote. http://allrecipes.com/cook/11842212/blogentry.aspx?postid=294403
