Hi, Todays dip and appy for the "football". cheers. On a bed of shredded lettuce, stick some cooked prawn/shrimp/any cooked seafood on some cocktail sticks and serve with this. Marie Rose Sauce Makes (Approx) 350ml Ingredients 250g Mayonnaise 80g Tomato Ketchup Worcestershire Sauce - to taste Tabasco Sauce - to taste Brandy - to taste Method Mix the Mayonnaise and Tomato Sauce together in a small bowl; Add a few drops each and/or more - to taste of the Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce and Brandy and mix well; Cover with cling film and chill in the refrigerator http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/63480852/marie-rose-sauce/detail.aspx

A take on my my big burger - THE MINI> MINI BURGERS 750g/1½lb Mixta - 70% minced Beef to 30% minced Pork or Beef Mince 1 clove Garlic - finely chopped 15g/½oz Spring Onion - finely chopped 4tbsp fresh Basil leaves - chopped 2tbsp fresh flat leaf Parsley - chopped Splashes Worcestershire Sauce - to taste 1 Egg Yolk - lightly beaten 45g/1½oz Butter Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper Apart from Butter, mix all ingredients together, season to taste and form into small balls; Flatten the balls, shape into mini - burgers about 2½in/6cm in diameter and place on baking tray; Put tray in fridge and chill burgers for 30 minutes to an hour or so; Melt butter in frying pan, add the burgers and cook on medium heat; When sufficiently browned on one side, turn over and cook steadily until meat just cooked through with juices running freely and clearly;

This traditional cheese cake recipe is made with fresh goat cheese, for which ricotta cheese may be substituted. Quick and easy to prepare in a single bowl, this cheese cake is baked for approximately 30 minutes. Decorate with fresh fruit or powdered sugar and serve after dinner or for brunch. It's a great make-ahead dessert. Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 45 minutes Makes 6-8 servings Ingredients: 900g/2lbs fresh Goats Cheese 300 g/10oz/1¼cups Granulated Sugar 120g/4oz Butter - softened to room temperature 250g/8oz/2 cups unbleached White Flour 1 Lemon - zest only 2 Eggs 1½ oz Brandy ¼tsp Cinnamon Decoration: Powdered Sugar or fresh Fruit

Don . . . Is the Superbowl broadcast live in Spain? You guys are 6 hours ahead of U.S. EST, right? If there is a live broadcast starting at roughly 30 minutes past your midnight??, do many folks watch the game at local eateries and bars? I assume many American ex-pats living in Europe are glued to the tube.

I do love cheesecake but never tried goat cheese.
