I believe this was originally a ww recipe. (can't add all the extra like the picture) We do it with cupcakes and I froze half of them one time and they were great.

My daughter has done a fantastic job with WW! I don't have a recipe but came to say her most valuable tool was her iPhone. Regardless of where she was she could dial up WW and get her allowed points for whatever she was cooking or ordering. Also, the prograqm she used did not have special recipes, just points which she is very diligent about staying within the required parameters. I am very proud of her accomplishment!

I agree with Mike. Choices and spending points wisely helps so much. I eat real food every day with my family. In addition, I eat some low point value breakfast muffins and smoothies.

Hi, Heather. I have a few boards dedicated to WW on Pinterest. If you scroll down a little, you will see them labeled as "WW Dinner," "WW Lunch," etc... http://pinterest.com/jacolyn1500/

If you haven't used Pinterest, what you need to do is click on whatever category you want to look in. When you find a recipe that looks good, click on it, and then click on it again, and it should bring you to the recipe page. Good luck with the diet. I lost 30lbs on it a few years ago, and I am seriously considering trying it again.

Hi Heather! I'm at 50 lbs. and still going on WW and I do not use special recipes. I am still making the things that I always made, but just making sure I stay within my points allowance. I'm doing WW Online, I just don't have time to go to meetings. If I didn't spend almost two hours of my day driving back and forth to work I would have the time, lol. I have switched to a lot of reduced fat items like cheese, sour cream, etc. and that helps significantly with your daily points. I use light breads and rolls for sandwiches and I haven't minded any of the changes at all. Once in a while I want a nice hunk of fresh italian bread and I have it! That's the beauty of WW and why everyone can be successful with it. Also, check out the blog at skinnytaste.com Her pictures are beautiful and she has tons of recipes with WW points posted. Good luck!

I first used WW many, many years ago (at least 20 yrs) and don't remember much of what I did before. I've only been using the Points Plus and am not sure how it differs from the previous Points system. I like though that with the PP system you can eat the fruits and veggies for free...makes it easy!

I've been on WW since October 9, 2012 and I've lost 32.6 lbs. so far. It's a GREAT program. Most of the new recipes I've been making are from skinnytaste.com. She is on WW and all her recipes have the nutrition values and points listed. The recipes have all been FANTASTIC so far. Good luck in your journey. You will have lots of supporters here on AR, no worries.

Be sure to purchase a calculator (or join online and use that one). I still use the recipes here. I look at the nutrition stats and plug them in for the points value. Good luck!

The WW web-site has a points calculator app for smart phone and a bar code reader that looks up lots of stuff for you! Once you join, you will receive all the info you need to sign on to the web-site and find out all about it.

When you join, buy the monthly pass. Its the best deal for your $$ and you get the meeting fee and free etools included in the monthly charge. Once on etools, its your best friend. you can track everything your eat, you can scan bar codes at supermarkets to get ppv's etc. love it. The WW website has great recipes, the cookbooks they sell in the stores/centers are fabulous. I have quite a collection.
