OT --- free food and exercise diary websites. I've tried three: Fat Secret; Everyday Health; and My Fitness Pal. All are okay; each has pros and cons. Has anyone tried this? How did it go?

Everyday Health give a daily total of a ton of nutrients. I like this for tracking cholesterol and sodium.

I like Calorie Count.com. Huge data base of foods with nutritional values and you can add your own for calculation. Plus they have an exercise value tool. It works pretty well for me.

I really love sparkpeople.com It has worked the best for me, it's user friendly, and there's an app for your phone too, which makes it so easy to track calories on the go. It's like a whole little community and includes articles to read, groups to join, calorie and exercise trackers, food suggestions, menus, etc. I've tried lots of websites like this and in my opinion sparkpeople.com is the best!

I've tried out My Fitness, Sparkpeople and Calorie Count. Never stuck with it long enough to see any major differences between them all, but I did find myself using CC the most.
