Hope the suggestions you got helped. It's been 14 yrs since I was carrying my youngest but I remember the morning sickness like it was yesterday. This may sound gross but I purposely ate and drank things that wouldn't be unpleasant in taste when it came back up. Sorry for the visual but there was no stopping my morning sickness. Just learned how to deal and move on. :)

Too funny patticakes. My daughter always said she grabbed the didn't matter which way they were going!

@ patticakes: maybe a little gross, but logical & funny too! Definitly something I intend to keep in mind when I go to eat something. Thank you.

@ bigshotsmom: I did finally find some tea that was both decaffeinated & has ginger. Not my favorite, but I have to say, as long as I can tolerate it, it's helping.

Rachel, my DIL bought little wrist bands from the drug store that help with seasickness. They supply a pressure point to the wrist that helps control nausea. They helped her immensely. It's worth a try!

For my morning sickness, my very very wonderful Dr suggested I take my calcium supplements at night before going to bed instead of in the morning, according to him, these were caused by the body lacking calcium during the night and... it did work. I've said this to many friends and all seem to agree that it worked, go figure why it seems unknown to most, but hey, it's worth a try :)

I could definitely try taking all my pills at night. Thank you :-)
