This spicy flank steak is full of flavor and texture. Add Ranch dressing for dipping!

You could broil it.

Yw. Fyi, I've never broiled steak either. But I think I will try it out someday soon. No point in not using the oven to it's full potential. :)

Steak on a Stick

A quick and easy, very tasty version of the teriyaki steak-on-a-stick that you get from a Chinese restaurant. It's great as an appetizer or even as finger food at a football watching party! I also use it for just plain old regular steaks to grill! Either way, it's awesome! My uncle came up with the recipe and gave it to my mother, who passed it on to me! LOVE it!

See, if the link will come up on this one. It was given to me by another lady on the buzz. I have made it at least 5 times or more. I broil it instead of grill. My review gives the directions of how I broiled it. Line a baking sheet with thick foil to avoid a mess. I found with my oven 2-3 racks down from the heating source works well. Keep an eye on it. It cooks fast.

The link should be under it. I printed the recipe, is how I normally use it.
