I need a ground beef recipe that doesn't include burgers, sloppy joes, meatballs or meat based pasta. I know It... has been hard for me to find a good one with all the above left out, but I have been making these over and over and my family is getting tired of them. Any other creative recipes you could recommend? Thank you.

This is an unusual no-bean chili made with ground beef, cinnamon, cloves and unsweetened chocolate in a beef and tomato base. Serve over spaghetti noodles with shredded cheddar cheese.

Made this last week. You can use rice instead of barley if you don't have barley. It was very good.

I was also going to suggest this recipe. (great minds think alike PattyD). Also love a good Spanish/Mexican rice dish. This one was well received at my house. Only issue I had was getting the rice to fully cook. I know you were looking for more creative recipes, but this is a favorite thing to do with beef for us.

This is a Mexican version of the Shepherd's Pie that is so popular in the UK. I decided to try this one night when I did not have any mashed potatoes. Its cheap, quick and easy...and my kids loved it! Serve with a tossed green salad for a great family meal!

Lindsey , thank you I saved this too. And for the rice you mentioned, if you make it in a rice cooker , the rice will turn out well and fully cooked :)
