Just to be sure, are you speaking of peanut butter? It is very difficult to so often have to translate someone else's personal shorthand. When I write "m pots" on a menu for my reference, I know I'm making mashed potatoes, but I don't think others would know.

Sorry, I'm trying to write shorter posts! Yes, peanut butter. Actually, I thought I wrote it out the first (or, 1st!) time. It gets pretty runny after sitting out so maybe not good for individual things?

I also meant to add that you use it the same way as you would the other peanut butter, i find Natural peanut butter tastes so much better, no sugar added and a more peanutty intense flavor!

Do you ever make a meal out of a spoon of pb and a glass of milk (I do - these days, timesavers is what I'm all about!)?

I love natural peanut butter! I buy it in a jar, and it only gets refrigerated to keep it from separating, not to keep it safe. So if you have that kind, you can just store all of it that you are not about to use, outside the fridge. But I don't know the rules if you crush the peanuts yourself. I like for it to be spreadable, so once I get down to about half a jar, I always take mine out of the fridge. It's easy to stir before using at that point, and being room temperature, it is much easier to spread.

Thanks, this is the kind that is in the store's dairy section - maybe it gets rancid if left out. That I never thought about, just keep in refrig.
