Little nutmeg-scented mini muffins are rolled in cinnamon sugar to make a treat that tastes like a donut and is fast to whip up. You can substitute butter for margarine.

This colorful and wholesome breakfast parfait is nice enough for company, and easy enough for everyday. This parfait is particularly attractive when served in a clear glass to show off the lovely layers.

A pretty parfait with any kind of seasonal fruits, vanilla yogurt and topped with granola are always a nice side to muffins and breads.

This is a wonderful alternative to those standard cinnamon-walnut-streusel coffee cake recipes with the lovely addition of raspberry preserves.

Bellepepper turned me on to this one. Took it to a brunch with great results. Made it the day before, took it out about an hour or so prior and added an almond drizzle and decorated with fresh raspberries around the top for a nice presentation.

These overnight breakfast rolls are made with frozen bread dough and butterscotch pudding mix. Make them the night before, let rise all night, and bake first thing in the morning.

This is a great recipe my husband loves to make - it's a whole meal in it self and very simple to put together. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired.

We love this for Sunday breakfast. Dollop of sour cream and salsa with some freshly made tortillas on the side. ONO!

Hi, I love baked oatmeal so yummy, add oats, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and a grated apple and almonds only takes 30-45 minutes to bake it.

Sounds delish! :) I'll make that, but I can't really do much fancy things. I think Oatmeal, and maybe French toast, but I Can't decide! Thanks for your help, I'll try oatmeal!

This recipe requires eggs, not sure if you wanted to completely eliminate them or just not do an egg dish..try this it's really good, if you like French Toast.

Thanks Gram, sounds good. I don't like eggs, but if I can't taste them, I'm fine.
