Okay people!...Ashlyn needs some MAJOR help! haha I believe I'm in over my head.We have some of our good friends coming next weekend for dinner and I'm in charge of dessert. I need a delicious semi quick dessert(between 30-45 minutes because I have to work and won't be getting home til about an hour before they get there!)or something that can be prepared the morning of. No coconut, peanut butter, bananas, raisins or any kind of nuts. Chocolate and cinnamon are okay though! HEEEELLLPPPP!!!!!!!

Peach Surprise Pie

This no-bake pie has a wonderful combination of flavors. Sweetened cream cheese is spread in the bottom of the pie shell, sliced peaches arranged on top, and raspberry preserves, with a bit of lemon juice stirred in, is spooned over the top.

To make this tart and creamy blue ribbon pie, egg yolks, lime juice and condensed milk are stirred together, poured into a graham cracker crust, and baked.

I think it boils down to chocolate VS fruit, and chocolate usually wins that every time!

I recommend these bars - easy, quick, healthy, and after a dinner - light and refreshing. You could serve with a dollop of vanilla icecream - or just offer tea or coffee. Oh - and dust the top with icing sugar - that finishes them off nicely.

Sorry - the title didn't come through - it's the recipe for Easy Lemon Bars. - quick and easy!- have on hand - 4 eggs, 2 lemons, butter, all purpose flour, white sugar. I'd do it before hand (put in the fridge) as I hate last minute panic. Dust with icing sugar just before serving.

I make an amazingly easy trifle that gets rave reviews. Layer brownie, chocolate mousse (pudding, cool whip) cool whip and 2 skor candy bars chopped fine, Repeat. I drizzle Kahlua over the brownies before cutting into bite size pieces. Very pretty and very yummy

This is a no-bake pudding dessert that's so quick and easy to make--everyone loves it. I always keep the ingredients on hand in case I need a quick dessert. It's best if it sits overnight before serving.
