Green Pepper...if you had a "fresh" pepper that was just a tad wrinkled, would you still cut it up to throw in soup?

yes- soak it in ice water a few minutes- it may bounce back:-)

Hi, I would use. Now, there's a thought, Nanny in a bath of ice water at her garden centre, swimming with the fishes to take the wrinkles out. The mind boggles!!!! cheers.

Hi Agree with you Nanny, if after a few wrinkles we got chucked it wouldn't be good would it? After all didn't we earn every one of them!!!!

Tried the ice water bath... didn't work. I'm just cold. My wrinkles are still there.

I won't throw it out unless it's moldy or rotten, if it smells ok, a wrinkle means it's just slightly dehydrated, it will be fine in the soup :)
