Page 26 and you're still in the "c"s?? How many recipes do you have in that RB?
Jan. 26, 2013 6:22 am
Peggy, I don't do mine in alpha order. But I do have a lot of recipes saved.
Jan. 26, 2013 6:26 am
Lordy, mine is not in alphabetical order either. It's all hodgepodged!
Indiana Peggy
Jan. 26, 2013 6:27 am
Oh, I sorted mine to alpha order before going to page 26. Doesn't matter for this game at all, does it?
Jan. 26, 2013 6:29 am
almost all mine are personal or mixes- so it is kinda strange sometimes-loland i just cleaned it up this am
Jan. 26, 2013 6:32 am
haha. mine is set up by the default, date added, and I've never really changed it. I just use the search by ingredient or use my folders to sort. I don't think it matters for this game how you sort. :)

Jan. 26, 2013 6:34 am
I wish there were an easier way to look in someone else's box. Am I correct that we can't search or look in folders, but can only scroll through in random order?
Indiana Peggy
Jan. 26, 2013 6:38 am
Well, I can sort someone else's box alphabetically or by date added. But I don't see that I can look in folders. Or search for a particular recipe. Am I missing something?
Jan. 26, 2013 6:48 am
Peggy, I don't think you can do a search of someone else's RB. If I'm not mistaken, that's been a complaint around here for a long time.
Jan. 26, 2013 6:52 am
now way to search in rb-- it is all guess work-lol
Jan. 26, 2013 6:53 am
just like no way to comment on reviews

That would be a nice feature to add. I would also like to be able to search for a particular person, to see their profile. All i know to do is wait for them to comment and then click on their name. It would be nice to be able to leave a message for someone on their profile page also. They could choose to answer it, or not. But at least it might be a way to contact someone. The Buzz is so hit or miss.
Jan. 26, 2013 7:07 am
Peggy, I have had good luck finding a particular AR member, by Googling them. If you Google me - allrecipes/bellepepper - you can click on my profile. I have no idea about leaving a message for them tho :(
Jan. 26, 2013 7:11 am
that is one great thing on tasty kitchen- the private message
Jan. 26, 2013 7:12 am
and brfore just a pinch changed -it was the same
Indiana Peggy
Jan. 26, 2013 7:15 am
Did not think about Googling. Great idea. Now if we could just get AR to let us leave a message!
Jan. 26, 2013 7:22 am
it will never happen- they cannot even man the photos-lol
Jan. 26, 2013 8:03 am
LOL, among a ton of other things, nanny!
Jan. 27, 2013 12:58 pm
You can't do a specific search in someone else's recipe box. BUT, you can click at the top of their recipe box and get to different pages there more easily. If you click on date, it will go to the earlier years when they saved. If you click on the word 'type' it will put their recipes in order/sections. All the one's they have saved that are personal recipes (theirs & others) will all be together. The only time looking at personal recipes in the boxes takes an extra step is if they have a lot of websites saved....then....once you see the websites all together, then you have to go to other pages and the personal ones will be right after their saved websites.

Peach Surprise Pie

This no-bake pie has a wonderful combination of flavors. Sweetened cream cheese is spread in the bottom of the pie shell, sliced peaches arranged on top, and raspberry preserves, with a bit of lemon juice stirred in, is spooned over the top.

Brown some Italian sausage and ground beef, place in a slow cooker with tomatoes and Italian seasonings, and slow cook it for 8 hours. When you get home, boil up some pasta, and dinner tastes like you slaved all day at the stove.
