cheddar. I don't like swiss. If I do a white cheese, it's monterey jack, provolone, or muenster :)

I dislike swiss. It has no flavour for me. I tend to like strong flavours, so Cheddar!

I LOVE all cheese, but if I HAD to pick between the 2, I'd have to go w/ swiss.

I'm crazy about new york aged cheddar. White and yellow. I mostly cook with the yellow and use the white to put on uncooked things like crackers, salads, etc. But when I make baked mac and cheese, I use a mixture of both.

If it's grilled cheese, then Tillamok extra sharp cheddar. Otherwise, NO cheese on my sandwiches, thank you very much. Swiss is a particular non-favorite of mine. I love cheese, but am kind of a snob about it.

I agree it definitely depends on the sandwich and mood. Love all cheese, except processed american cheese slices, ugh gross! Swiss, cheddar, provalone, NUM!

I don't think there's a cheese I don't like. But going on what I buy and use the most would be cheddar over swiss.
