Hello! I have 3 bags of frozen broccoli that I bought yesterday and left in the car. They are now unfrozen. What can I make with them? Any ideas? Thanks. Pretty much want vegetarian if possible. Thanks so much!

You could make the famouse cream of brocoli soup or add them to a big pot of rice, or make shepards pie and use them instead of corn, or make mac and cheese and add brocoli

for what you don't want for tonite- just saute- bag & freeze- it will make for add in's and easy meals later:-)

sometimes when i make couscous- i saute onion-celery- carrot- and broccoli- toos into the couscous- a touch of lemon or soy sauce- depending on mood--i love broccoli--

Find simple instructions online about how to blanche broccoli. I think it's three or four minutes in boiling water and then placing them in water with some ice cubes. Then you can refreeze the portion of your broccoli you don't plan to use in next two or three days.
