Can I freeze an 'uncooked' stuffed green pepper? I have already made the filling and have the peppers stuffed, but have not baked them yet. Can I freeze them? Will they still be ok when I get around to cooking them? Should I thaw them before cooking?

you really are better off cooking them first before freezing. if you freeze before cooking, the peppers get water logged. i cook, then freeze them all the time.

I freeze them all the time, uncooked. I freeze individually on a cookie sheet then put in a freezer bag. Cooking, I put the frozen peppers in the crock pot and pour sauce on top. YUM!

Shouldn't be a problem.
