This is a really good and easy recipe. Top with shredded cheese, and serve with chips.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

An easy-to-make classic featuring tasty hamburger 'steaks' smothered in gravy and onions. It's a great way to dress up a pound of ground beef, and you probably have all the ingredients on hand!

This is what I was going to suggest! You can ust brown the meat and not make the hamburgers. I used leftover hamburger and chopped them into chunks. I served it with rice cooked in chicken bullion and roasted carrots. It was delicious, easy and comforting!
