My question is to Cheerios! I want to try your Best chocolate bar loaf it looks an sounds Delish!!but I have no idea what a Ritter chocolate bar is can I substitute with baking chocolate or chocolate chips?

Ritter is a chocolate bar company. I can't figure out if cherios intended the recipe to use their dark chocolate mousse bar or milk chocolate mousse. I would use the dark. Here's a link with an image of the chocolate bar: http://www.amazon.com/Ritter-Sport-Chocolate-Mousse-3-5-Ounce/dp/B000PAQ6A8

Anniek, not sure if you can find these in your area but here in Denver they can be found at the grocery store or at Walgreens. If you can't find them I imagine that just a regular Hershey bar will work just fine.

I live in Rochester Ny never heard of these chocolate bars im gonna try using a Hershey bar chopped an see how it turns out
