Chicken breasts vary greatly in size. How much does the chicken weigh, for example, in the recipe "Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken"?

Chicken breasts are also irregularly shaped. The tips of the breast are much thinner and require less cooking time than the fleshy tops. Try pounding them to a uniform thickness or alternately, turn the breast ove to the back sode and slice the breast horizontally to even thickness reserving the trimmings for another use.

if they are really large- you could just butterfly them

The boneless/skinless kind called for in that recipe tend to be basiclly the same size. You could always trim them to get uniform size pieces. I would use a meat thermometer to tell when done to the correct temp if that is your concern with this recipe.
