My friend and I are having the same problems.....We have been on this website for years, and now all of a sudden we cannot print anything or save to our recipe boxes? Please help us and tell us what is wrong ..Thank you so much sherry kendall

At the bottom of the page you will see a "contact us" link. Send AR a message and see if customer support can help you figure this out.

If you are using Internet Explorer, check your Compatibility View Settings. You want to REMOVE allrecipes from your Compatibility View. It is under "Tools" on your upper left. For me, it was the thirteenth option. You want the SETTINGS, not Compatibility View itself. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem. Sooooo, I just cut and paste the web link to my recipe box. I think AR would prefer I became a member....

lynne- it has nothing to the paying membership(although i am sure they would love your money) it seems to be a browser compatibility thing- everyone is having problems--people are having good luck with following elle's advice- good luck:-)

Lynne . . . Firefox does not have a compatibility mode like Internet Explorer.

Lynne . . . I don’t know what is causing your problem with Firefox. I’m responding since you might be interpreting me to be suggesting you switch to Internet Explorer, and I’m not. I used to use Internet Explorer when first coming here, and had numerous problems. I switched over to Firefox, and added an ad blocker, and never have any problems here anymore. Don’t ever see an ad, print works fine, etc. I did encounter a problem about a year ago on Amazon . . . without going into detail, I decided best option was to reinstall a new Firefox browser since I was suspicious it was corrupted, and that fixed it. I think one of the problems here, based on what some are posting, is that they’re using very outdated browsers. As time goes by, these old versions don’t get supported by the manufacturer and more and more security holes and other problems creep in. If you’re not sure you have the latest version of Firefox, go here ** ** on right side, you should see “Firefox Free Download” in green about mid way on page, just click on it, and a page will pop up to tell you if you have the latest version installed. If not, it will provide further instructions on how to update.

I have this problem sometimes, too. With the new format, you can't save or print until the entire page is loaded. Look under the name of the recipe, the stars, you will see the "pinit" icons, the "like" icons, they must all be loaded and the ads on the right side of the page, too. Sometimes the recipe will come up, but not all of this loads for some reason. I go back to it in a couple of minutes, and it usually does.

SHERRYLYNN2 . . . If you’re using Internet Explorer, find “Tools” by looking at very top of the screen (not talking about AR’s top of page), and you’ll see a bright blue bar saying “Recipe Requests” . . . just underneath that is “Tools” along with “File”, “Edit”, etc.. Left click your mouse on “Tools” . . . a drop down box will then appear. Read down the rows of text until you see “Compatibility View” . . . if it has a check mark beside it, it means you’re in that mode; no check mark and your good to go. Nothing bad will happen by checking it and then unchecking it so you can see it switch back and forth between these modes, and to just verify your browser is operating properly. One last check . . . go to the line immediately below “Compatibility View”, and it will read “Compatibility View Settings” . . . should not be in the list of websites you’ve designated to operate in Compatibility Mode, but if it somehow got on that list, remove it. Toward the bottom, you’ll see 3 boxes . . . the first two should have check marks, and the last box (“Display all websites in Compatibility View” should not be checked).

i looked back over some of the recent posts about this problem- people seem to have great luck using google chrome- may want to download/install that:-)
