Can anyone tell me if I can use sour milk for potatoe leek soup or will it ruin the flavor? Thanks.

If it is only a little sour, not separated you can use this if the recipe calls for buttermilk. If it is very sour but not separated I would not use, throw it out

I use up my sour milk to make cheese! And it's GOOD!

OK...I guess I best make cheese with it then. lol Thank you. I've never made cheese before. It's raw milk and raw milk can sour but doesn't spoil. You keep it in the refrigerator for 6 months and it will seperate to make curds and whey...and use to be a very popular thing to eat...though I do not. I usually make yogurt but thought well maybe..lol Thank you all. :)
