I'm planning to make this w/portobella ravioli but I HATE, & I mean HATE, Italian Seasoning. IDK what's in it that I don't like but it's enough to make me think I'm going to hate this recipe right off the bat.

its could be the oregano I find it very strong sometimes. I grew it once and fresh omgosh I hated it! lol

This looks good. You could leave the italian seasoning out all together and just season the chicken to your liking.

Good morning all. lisa I always put in my own Italian seasoning, not the pre-mixed kind. I will be looking for your review on this one, I've had it saved for quite awhile. Wonder how K-Dub is enjoying her new married life, never see her on here anymore.

lisa I'm there with you. I don't like Italian Seasoning either and I really think it is the oregano. I know I don't like the smell of oregano and never choose to put it in anything.

I've made this one before and it is good! I don't really care for Italian seasoning either... I just used parsley, basil, and a little garlic salt :)

I may end up making this one instead. IDK. I'm making garlic bread & salad to go with it regardless. Maybe throw some chopped spinach in the ravioli(use it or lose it).

This homemade ravioli is actually vegetarian, but no one who tries it can tell! The savory filling contains three different cheeses, mushrooms, and spinach. Although it's a rather time-consuming recipe to prepare, the results are well worth it!

I have made this before! Really good but my review says the red pepper should be cut back a bit. Be sure to roll the ravioli thin. And alfredo would be terrific!

Really no different than rolling out pie crust or egg noodles. Time consuming to fill and make the squares though. And if you make a big batch you can freeze the squares for another meal.

Ravioli, pierogis, pasta I save all those for Sat./Sun when DH is home to help me (somehow I always get stuck with the clean up though). Its fun but they are time consuming, mine are done, popped a second batch in the freezer, can't wait for dinner lol (did them by myself as he is out of state for work and still got stuck with the clean up!!)

I have a feeling I'm going to be punchy, so it will be something quick and easy . . . grilled cheese, grilled peanut butter, idk. Haven't been sleeping much the last couple days, and I have a plummer coming in the morning, so today's not looking good for sleep, either )= I saw the post below on barley . . . I do have some in my freezer, and a can of chili beans in chili sauce - I may cook the barley and have the beans over it with some grated cheese on top. Hmmmm, that's sounding really good, right now! When the kids were little, we would have "chili rice" - it was a favorite.

The barley dish sounds really healthy. My daughter started redoing her bathroom. Two weeks before she starts she was fixed up with this guy. Turns out he's a license plumber. Guess who getting her plumbing done for free? :)

I did & we like them. The instructions are horrible tho. Why wouldn't AR fix the order of ingredients or the directions to simplify it? I felt it was a jumbled mess.

Well I am finally making Don's Med. burgers tonight! Serving with tabouli and chef john's classic rice pilaf. That was the plan on Tuesday but we ended up eating burgers out for lunch so I switched everything around. Poblano soup Tuesday and burritos Wed.

I've made this one. Very tasty. Hard to go wrong with anything wrapped in a warm tortilla!
