Hi Everyone, We like the uncooked and fresh stuffed salmon sold at Costco, and I'm wondering if any of you have a similar recipe. I did a search online and there are many so called copycat recipes. Those contain rice, cheese, cream cheese and other things that are not in the original. Please share if you have any ideas. Thanks so much

Grilled lobster tails stuffed with celery, green onion, and crabmeat seasoned with cayenne pepper and dry mustard. Delicious served with warm garlic lemon butter.

I saved this recipe for the stuffing. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems sort of similar.

Flounder is baked with a crab meat stuffing seasoned with mustard and Worcestershire and topped with mayonnaise.

Here's another I saved for the same reason. You might compare the two ideas for stuffing and see what you think.

Maggie I think this might be what you are looking for. Let me know if not and I will keep looking. It sounds yummy and I want to try it. I am always scared to try recipies with salmon bc it never seems to come out right but this looks really good. http://www.food.com/recipe/stuffed-salmon-copycat-recipe-492908

We have been eating the Costco stuffed salmon for quite a while, and I've been wondering if I could recreate the stuffing but haven't done anything about it yet. This morning, I saw Mr. Food on tv and his recipe was vague but started me thinking about this again. He didn't give exact measurements but used - - bread crumbs, sautéed celery, onions, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, crab meat, salt and pepper. That sounded very much like what I've tasted in Costco's stuffing. I think I'm going to use a trio of your suggested recipes and take some from one and some from another to create my own. I'll absolutely let you know how it turns out. Thank you so much for taking the time to help.

Serve these mini seafood 'casseroles' as a first course or appetizer...crusty French bread rounds make an ideal accompaniment.

This sounds like what you are looking for. At least a good base recipe to start with.
