I love bone in Pork chops. I like to season in the fridge after rubbing both sides with garlic and adding pepper to taste. I bed and cover the chops with freshly sliced thin onion. Into the oven preheated to 400 degrees, covered for 40-50 mins. No knife needed for cutting.
