I am going to make: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Simple-Baked-Apples/Detail.aspx I have heavy cream in the fridge, can I use that instead of the milk? Use the same amount? Also, if I cook this tonight, will it be just as good tomorrow? Thanks!!

I imagine cream would be just as good as milk in baked apples. I have never made them with dairy in the cooking process, so can't be sure though. I would suggest leaving it out of the cooking process, and just pour in on the baked apples. I love cold baked apples, so yes, apples the next day are fine!
