Good morning all!! I bought two bags of mini differnt colored sweet peppers at Aldi's yesterday. I was thinking of stuffing them to put in the kids lunch boxes.....I have no cream cheese. Any ideas of what else to do with them? Thanks!

Hi,if your not going to use them in lunches, chop them up,put a little olive oil in a pot, satue onion, and garlic, add peppers, little water, not much as the peppers let out juice, salt and pepper to taste, let simmer about 45min.I make this alot it goes well with any kind of meat,or over toast.Hope this helps.

No, they're sweet and yummy. Stir fry with onions and some kind of meat for a quick supper.

Quick & easy! Only 3 ingredients required: bacon, a block of Cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers. The men in my family are crazy about these yummy treats. In fact, my husband often eats them as a meal!

if you are going to use them to cook with, like in a stew, you can dice and freeze them in ziploc bags with enough in each bag for individual recipes.
