Hello every one! I wanted to make lasagna. What we have is ricota cheese and some chedder cheese. We also have some hot Italian sausage. Can we do that with what we have? Thanks!

Rich, gooey ricotta and mozzarella are accented by tangy Cheddar, layered with ground beef and a garlicky tomato sauce.

Use your sausage instead of ground beef. Lots of the lasagna recipes on AR use various cheeses including cheddar.

I make a lasagna using canned salmon with green beans in the mx which comes out very well with either peppers or onions in the tomato sauce to make a very healthy lasagna. the link for my recipe is allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/63483727/catch-of-the-day-lasagna/detail.aspx As long as you keep the basic ingredients of cheese and noodles almost anything goes for what type of lasagna you would like to make.

Flavorful enough for a celebration but easy enough for the everyday.
