I have some pork chops to cook for supper and need some ideas on cooking them. I would like to serve with rice. Ideas on either would be appreciated.

"I made this up one day because I was wanting something different then the same old pan-fried pork chops (that is how my husband asked me to cook them that day). So I made this up real fast, and boy did he love them. Now he asks for them every time. I do this with boneless and bone-in pork chops. So it doesn't matter what kind you have on hand, just cook them up and enjoy."

This is a marinade for any cut of pork you may be having. It makes it so juicy you'll ask when you're having pork again!

I Wish the submitted had not said this is a Marinade :(:( It is NOT!! Its a brine, this changes the structure of the meat and loosen it up to allow for more juices, hence making it Juice!!

This recipe makes a really tender pork chop, ibbz. I've used boneless with this, too, and it's still great.

Everyone who has this loves it! It's surprisingly simple and quick. Garlic, rosemary, and white wine flavor the pork. The aroma is wonderful. Try steaming fresh broccoli, then frying it in the pan juices for a perfect side dish.

I am glad you asked this question! I have given up making pork chops because they *always* come out dry and tough, so I'll be interested in seeing what kinds of responses you get :)

One time, I seasoned and browned my pork chops in a skillet and then laid them on top of this recipe and baked. Absolutely delicious! Tender, fall off the bone good.
