Have leg of lamb (grocery sale - 70% off !) to grill. How shall I make red potatoes to go with it ? Feeling very uninspired, but willing to create if someone can suggest a great idea.

Roasted New Red Potatoes

These are roasted potatoes at their best - plain and simple. Red potatoes are tossed with olive oil, and salt and pepper, and then roasted to perfection.

Grilled leg of lamb is so decadent that I would keep the sides simple. I like manella roasted red potato idea and would suggest a medley of roasted veggies too. Rustic crusty warm bread and butter also. Wow! What a steal of a deal you got at 70% off, bigcountry! Congrats!

Thanks everyone. I agree, keeping sides simple. Hadn't thought to add carrots with roasted potatoes. (That will help ME since I won't touch the lamb) I have asparagus too, thinking the roasted potatoes, carrots, and asparagus will make for pretty presentation. Again...thanks ! (my last night before back to work at preschool so thought I should make it count.)
