Hmmm!! Feel like I am missing out on something, here. Even the Communion bread at church has gone gluten free. My family has no food allergies or Celiac disease, etc. Are there health benefits to being gluten free?? I am not too familiar with it. Thanks in advance!!

Get all the rich buttery flavor without the wheat! These Danish are made with gluten-free pancake mix instead of flour.

When I typed "gluten free" into the search bar, it said that there were 920 recipes! I was surprised.

None of my family has even so much as a hayfever allergy. Not really sure what is going on lately with gluten, peanut, etc allergies. When we kids, we had none of the things that are going on. Idk

Going totally gluten free for someone who does NOT have celiac is not recommended. Gluten is party of a healthy diet and necessary for your disgestive system. Apparently, some new fad diets propose going gluten free, but that is not recommended. I can see the reason for your church to go gluten free due to SOME who may have sensitivities or allergies, but obviously your home meals would still contain gluten.

....should be.....'Gluten is PART of a helthy diet....'

I agree with Goodfood. You should not be on a gluten-free diet unless there is a reason to be on it.

Many parents and doctors are seeing improvements in autistic children with a gluetin free diet. I haven't seen much finalized research yet, but studies are just now underway.
