Hope you can help. I have a recipe that only calls for the yolk of the egg and I was wondering if I can use the product "egg substitute" in place of them. I have no use for the whites of the egg. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

it would be ok in most recipes- maybe not custard

You could always scramble the whites,and a few moshrooms,bell peppers,onoin,and you have breakfast.

You could also use a real egg yolk and just discard the white if you have no other use for it.
