I have some beef kabob meat. Other than kabobs, what could I do with it?

is it ground or not? if it's ground you can do patties and meatballs, if t isn't ground you can use it as you would use stew meat.

if it's tender enough yoi can also slice the meat thin and do a stirfry or beef straganoff with it.

and then there is beef veggie soup- and beef tips & rice or noodles- yum- havent bought meat like that in a while- so expensive- hope you find something you really like

Here is a beef stew full of potatoes, carrots, celery and peas in a rosemary-tomato broth which is thickened with pearl tapioca. It can be made in a slow cooker or a Dutch oven.

A Mexican beef stew smothered in a semi-spicy gravy. Simple to make, but tastes wonderful. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, and/or homemade tortillas. Cooking time may be cut, but the meat will be less tender.

you can do this with all beef- i like real beef (not ground) in my chili:-)

Dont forget you can always take the mallet to it...pound it to tender and.......enjoy! :)
