Pork Chops? I never make pork chops. I make other pork products, like bacon :) or pork tenderloin. I have never had luck with chops. My hub really likes them and so here I am asking for help with an easy recipe for pork chops. I did buy the bone in ones. Help. Thanks

Hi, simple baked recipe. Hope helps. cheers. Baked Pork Chops Oil a foil lined baking tray; Oil, salt and pepper the meat; Optional: Can scatter fresh herbs or mixture of herbs over the meat (Oregano, Marjoram, Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Basil etc); Preheat oven to 190c/380f/Gas 5; Bake for some 10 to 15 minutes or more depending size until just cooked through and the juices are running freely and clear. Check with fork as you wish and turn once during cooking; At most, a touch, and I mean a touch, of brown colour in the juices;

This is an easy grill recipe that requires very little preparation time outside of the marinating but delivers great taste! This can be served with any grilled side dish that suits your style!

This recipe is actually a brine. You can forget the herbs if they interfere with the taste you are going to use for your recipe. You can change out the water for apple juice or cider if that works for you. Do this first, drain, then do your recipe. We actually only do the brine and then grill them. Bone in is best!

This is my winning recipe of the year. I use it before I make any pork chop recipe. Thank you again Marianne! I couldn't keep the plate dry for the photo. That says it all!

You may want to read reviews. I like to use Italian Bread Crumbs-gives the pork chops more flavor. Depending on the thickness of the pork chops-it may take more time than recipe states.

We love this recipe! Sometimes I change it up and use tater tots, hashbrowns, etc instead of the scalloped potatoes, especially if we're in a hurry and need a quick "throw it together and leave it alone" kind of meal.

Learned this tip years ago. Soak chops in a shallow pan of water for a few hours before cooking to allow them to soak up liquid. Keeps them moist and pink. No more tough gray pork chops. Add herbs if you want a flavor. It really works!

Imagine pork chops resting on a bed of sliced apples dotted with butter and dusted with brown sugar and cinnamon. Then imagine sherry poured over the top. Bake until tender. Eat until satisfied.

I thought this was very good. I like to follow the recipe, but only use 2 or 3 chops, because we love the cooked apples!

Five minutes of preparation, and then you can relax while the chops and onions simmer on the stove. Great with parsley potatoes!

These are great. I don't cover after I have turned the chops over. The water needs to evaporate.

Bone-in pork chops are stuffed with feta cheese, basil, and pine nuts and baked with a balsamic vinegar glaze in an easy and quick family favorite main dish.

Thank you all for your recommendations. I ended up make this and it was really very good. My hubby said it was a "home run." Guess now I have a pork chop recipe. The only change we both agreed to was 1/4 instead of 1/2t. red pepper. I also forgot to put the balsamic vinegar on and then back in oven so I just used a spash on the chops and mixed it with some of the warm stuffing that oozed out.
