This is a stroganoff recipe using ground beef. Stirring cream cheese and sour cream through the dish just before serving will give a delightfully creamy texture to the final product.

Tuna Noodle Supreme

'This tangy tuna bake is well received at potluck suppers,' relates Ellen Proctor of Great Barrington, Massachusetts. 'I've made it with light sour cream and reduced-fat mayonnaise with equally good results. At home, I serve it with a salad and rolls for a quick dinner.'

I think while I'm home today and have 4 pounds of hamburger thawed I will finally make this meatball recipe. Do you suggest I bake then freeze or make them up, freeze and bake when I'm ready to use them?

I do the same as Deb. I know some people like to cook the meatballs in their sauce but I prefer to pull out as many as I want and have them ready to eat. It makes it so (too?) easy to throw together a meatball sub :)
