I've been wanting to get a Silpat mat because I have heard so many great things about them. However, we were at Costco the other day and she picked up some silicon baking mats for me that say MUI France on them. Anyone ever used this brand? Are they good, or should I return and just get Silpat?

I had that one and it was Great!! Keep it! It is the maker and they work fine!!

The reviews are great. Always roll it up or keep it flat, I keep mine in between my cookie sheets. Do this so they don't break, like if you Fold it? The fibers inside will break. I read 1 review that said she kept hers on the fridge with a magnet.

I just bought them. You can return all three and just get one slipat if you want to spend the same money. I have bought non-slipat in the past and they have been great

I actually got mine for only 14.99 so they are cheaper than the Silpat.

great deal grainfreegirl96! I keep mine rolled up in empty foil/saran wrap boxes, they stay neat and clean. Just remove the metal strip for added safety, keep the box closed with a rubber band. Love them for baking and can be used for working dough on the counter. Wipe the counter with a damp paper towel first so it will stay in place.
