What is the alternative to allspice? I have nutmegcloves cinnamon and ginger on hand. I am making tourtieres and the recipe calls for 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1/8 tsp cloves and 1 tsp allspice. Not sure what the proportions would be or which spices to use instead. Thanks
