Thank you so much emeralds. When i was feeling yucky myself just before the holiday some of the other cooks were suggesting the ginger tea with lemon which I tried and really liked to have for the few days that helped me through my cold. If you cook the ginger in boiling water before adding to the recipe for ginger molasses muffins that also helps the ginger be a little bit softer when eating the muffin. My sister and her family bombarded me with a gift package of all goodies from chocolates to chips which I am overwhelmed with to the point of exhaustion but they meant well with the gift so I am hoping to share the goodies with others who like them also.
