Good morning,i would like to roast some parsnips,and sweet potatoes to go with my ham,i can't remember how long it takes parsnips to roast,i know the sweet potatoe doesn't take as long.Can Someone help.Thanks

Take a look at this recipe, manella. It suggests 25-40 minutes at 400*, checking often. This recipe suggests tossing them with some broth before roasting.

Good morning, manella! Read the reviews on this to see that some people thought the temperature was too high and lowered it to 400, as Saveur suggests.

Yes! Lactaid makes a lactose-free cottage cheese, but I haven't found sour cream yet. I keep looking :)

SuperStore out here carries it,Do you have a SuperValue,if so they might.Also maybe you could request it at your grocery store?They just might order some in.
