Hello Everyone!! Ok I have a question! I have started baking an making my Christmas cookies an candy which I have froze.my question is I have a ton more cookies that need to be made if I dont freeze them will they stay fresh by Christmas? I dont wanna serve stale cookies...Help??

I would freeze them for best results. I don't like to have cookies out more than a week.

I agree with Marie. Freeze them for freshness, two weeks is too long to let them sit out.
