Corona is looking for: (4 recommendations)
I'm looking for the recipe for apple pancakes cooked in the Microwave. This recipe uses fresh apples (no sauce) and comes out looking like a big mushroom on top (until it deflates in the cool).

Hi nanny129STAR, Thank you for replying to my request, but this recipe used to be used by the Pancake House Restaurant, and they always cooked it in the Microwave. I'll have a look at 'dutch babies' and see if it would equal what I tasted, and let you know.

Hi again nanny129 STAR I did check out dutch babies, but no, I'm sorry, that's not the pancake. The apples were baked right into the pancake along with lots of cinnamon.

Apples are baked into a breakfast cake. This is so delicious that you don't need to add any syrup. A great alternative to regular pancakes.

Hi nanny129 STAR, I checked out Apple Puff Pancake. It looks like it could be the basic recipe, though the pancakes I used to eat at this restaurant had loads more cinnamon. They may have had brown sugar - though I can't say I remember tasting any. It took 20 minutes in the Microwave and it came out puffed up like a mushroom, the size of a dinner plate. I'll have to try it to see. Thank you.
