menu is- chicken- couscous-cole slaw-sweet potatoes- banana pudding-rolls

sorry- i guess that is just what we call it- mustard seed- ginger- onion powder-garlic powder-paprika- dried pepper flakes--

i add fresh pineapple the last 1/2 hour on top of the chicken- i used to used the dried pineapple- but sometimes it becomes too chewy

I like to make couscous with chicken broth and dried fruit and coconut bits. Sound like it might fit right in.

thanks connie- perfect:-)-i just didn't want to overpower the meal- but i think they will love it--thanks again:-)i have turkey broth- and coconut- i will save one slice if the pineapple and i have dried cherries
