Marcy is asking: (1 answer)
I want to make small sized "Moms Zucchini Bread" for individual giving. How long should I bake the bread in the individual aluminum pans?" The pan size is approx. 3x6. As you can tell, I am not an experienced baker.

I bake six in a Wilton pan (the six small pans are attached by bars) and it takes about 45 minutes. Once you smell the bread, you know it's time to start checking it.
