Hey all...got a hopefully simple question altho I'm sorry I can't quit figure out how to post the recipe here but I'll get there eventually LOL I found a recipe to make clay handprints here and I want to make this with my grandaughter tomorrow and I'm going to use my kitchen aid only because I'm weak and I won't be able to knead that much and I'm going to add a touch of food coloring so it's a pretty color but I'm confused on the talk of puffiness...can someone explain this for me what do I look for or what do I do so it doesn't puff up? Thanks so much.

Hey Doe, if you use "Request a Recipe" one you post your question, you can then go to your question to "Recommend a recipe" and attach your AllRecipes Recipe. Or if not an AllRecipes Recipe, you can do a copy and paste into the comment section. Hope that is clear as mud..LOL But have no idea what recipe you are currently referring to???

I have not made these, but after reading the comments, sounds like a lower temp and longer bake time is the recipe for success. Here is one making foot prints... http://www.theimaginationtree.com/2011/06/salt-dough-footprint-keepsakes.html
