This is really good. I will put 2 or 3 Tablespoons white Karo in it next time just to prevent the possibilty of graininess. But it has been very popular in our circles. Sometimes I make it all orange instead of marbleing.

My daughter and I made this tonight. She is in Relay for Life club at school and they do bake goods weekly to raise money for the cause. How many people do you need to make fudge? The handle broke on one side of the pot and she was stirring while I held the handle on the other side. lol!

Confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk and butter are zapped in the microwave, beaten, then thrown in the freezer for quick satisfaction.

although this is not a true fudge- it works for me- i can throw together a couple of batches each day (after work) when perping for holidays- it's great- i can add coconut or nuts or flavorings-- i loves THIS liver-lol good one!!
