Hel Kat is asking: (11 answers)
I have a friend whose husband is undergoooing chemo. I try to take a meal for her and her kids once a week but am running out of kid friendly reheatable one dish meals. Any suggestions?

I use chicken broth or tomato sauce and water for the beer, serve with Scoops, cheese and sour cream.

We like these with taco meat or sloppy joe filling. Anything works. Raw veggie tray and you have a meal.

This is a really good recipe that both kids and adults enjoy. It's quick and won't break the bank.

I have two little girls who are 7 and 8. They love shepherd's pie or chicken and biscuits. I put some vegetables in - corn and peas usually but if we have leftover green beans they have been known to find their way in there, too. So chicken or turkey and gravy, veggies and either potatoes on top to be baked until the potatoes get brown (I put it right near the top of the oven especially if the gravy base went in hot) or just send the gravy mixture separately with biscuits on the side.
